Our kids CrossFit class is designed to help children build strength, endurance, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Led by experienced coaches, our program helps kids develop healthy habits and reach their fitness goals, all while having a blast with their peers.
Our CrossFit Kids Littles program is for 4-7 year olds and is a fun class where kids learn basic exercise moves and get some of their weekly exercise. It helps them get stronger and teaches them to move their bodies properly. The program is for all kids, even those who have no experience with exercise.
